Baskin Eisel is pleased to announce the addition of two new partners: Lee H. Rightmyer and Randall D. Baskin
The new firm name will be Baskin, Eisel, Rightmyer Attorneys at Law.
Lee H. Rightmyer is a seasoned commercial trial attorney. He represents clients in real property, complex business-related disputes, and probate and trust litigation. He has represented many different types of businesses and business owners, from publicly held companies to entrepreneurs, as well as nonprofits, trustees and beneficiaries. Lee has tried cases in state and federal courts, and before arbitrators, and has testified as an expert witness. He has been named to the Best Lawyers and the Super Lawyers lists, he is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and in 2012 he received the “Barney Award” given by the Barney Masterson Inn of Court, to trial lawyers who demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, civility and legal excellence in the practice of law. Lee has been an active member of the St. Petersburg Bar (including as 2006-2007 President) and of the Florida Bar (serving multiple years as the Chair of The Florida Bar’s Pinellas County UPL Committee (Section 06A) and Grievance Committee (06E)).
Randall D. Baskin has been with the Firm since its inception. A fourth-generation lawyer, Randall was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida. Randall is active in the local legal community as a member of the Clearwater Bar Association, St. Petersburg Bar Association, Pinellas County Estate Planning Council and The Barney Masterson Inn of Court. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council and the Clearwater Bar, Young Lawyers Division, and has been named as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2018-2020. Randall’s practice areas include estate planning, corporate law, probate and trust administration, guardianship administration, and real estate law.
