Randall D. Baskin

Fourth-generation lawyer Randall D. Baskin was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida and now resides in St. Petersburg, Florida. Mr. Baskin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration at Auburn University, during which time he interned for a summer at the Lee County, Alabama Clerk of Court. While pursuing his Master of Public Administration degree at Florida Atlantic University, Mr. Baskin worked as a Filing Clerk at a litigation law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

While attending Florida Coastal School of Law, Mr. Baskin was a Student Ambassador and the Treasurer of the Real Property, Probate, Trusts Law Club in 2013. During law school, Mr. Baskin spent a summer as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Bruce Boyer, Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida. He also worked in Jacksonville, Florida as a Legal Intern at Regency Centers, a company which owns, operates, and develops retail centers, and at Adecco, N.A., one of the largest staffing companies in the world.

Mr. Baskin returned to Pinellas County to practice law in 2015 and is active in the local legal community as a member of the Clearwater Bar Association, the St. Petersburg Bar Association, and The Barney Masterson American Inn of Court. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council and is an Ex-Officio Member of the Florida Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors.

Mr. Baskin’s practice areas include estate planning, corporate law, probate and trust administration, guardianship administration, and real estate law.
